Are nebulizers the same thing as electric diffusers with a glass device? What is the glass device used for? Also, does the steam come out of it? Can you inhale the steam coming out of it? If you are nearer the nebulizer, will it provide more benefits? Does the steam come out just as it would come out when I pour the oil in water that was just boiled? I really liked inhaling the steam but am not sure if the nebulizer does the same thing.

I have a horrible temper problem. I have never noticed that it was a problem until now. Lately, I have been getting mad at every little thing and everyone, to the point where no one wants to be around me. I am fine one second and then the next, I blow up. It has gotten to the point where my fiance doesn’t even know if he wants to still marry me

I have never been physically violent with a person when I am upset. I sometimes do stomp and hit walls or anything around me. I really don’t know what to do. I don’t even know where any of this came from. I have a great life, a wonderful family, I’m going to school and my parents/fiance give me whatever I want. I have been blessed, but I don’t know where all this anger/frustration is coming from.

I think I need to get help, but before I do, I wanted to see if anyone had any other suggestions I could try, like aromatherapy or breathing exercises or something. Please only serious answers. Thanks for the help.

He had insomnia, i recommend seeing a doc, or seek aromatherapy…
he don’t believe all these craps… he’s very skeptical…

He often in bad mood so i told him to clean and tidy his room instead of cluttering everywhere…clean and neat room make ur life better..or at least..seeing ur rm so untidy,dirty..u don’t have the mood, doncha?

Talk to someone if he bothered, he don’t want to, seek to alcohol for escaping realism…

A gal who’s into him but due to his issues and fxxked up life, he rather forsake the gal and be alone..

Y is he making his life miserable when there’s still hope and someone willing to help him and support him and be by his side always?

i been with him for 1 yr plus, but i ‘m not sure he keep doing nasty things or say nasty things to me to make me leave him and don’t are abt him….

he did said i have patience towards him but i feel my patience is running out!
isnt that what a gf should do to help if their man need trouble, give them advises wat to be done and c whether it wk on them? just giving some alternatives coz it been bothering him for years.
