i dont actually have a license but i took a course, and got a certification, and diploma and covered these areas,

Reflexology – a completely safe, natural aid to restoring the body?s healthy balance

Practice management – helps overcome the problems and frustrations of starting your own business

and even withouth a degree or license could i still legally start up a home based business to treat clients one on one

I have a copy of the customer database of a leader in organic skincare & aromatherapy. Not just customer names and addresses and emails and telephone numbers but I have their individual sale data too, from 1/2005 to 1/2010.
Are there brokers who will buy this list? How can I market it?

I am wondering if I can market their customer list data somehow? Does anyone know a list broker that will buy it?

BACKGROUND:
this company hired me as a freelance worker to put together a database for their inventory but the company was very disorganized & in the end, I was unable to get the information I needed to finish the job.
The office was chaotic and the owner yelled at his employees all day long, so there was constant turnover and a very unpleasant work environment.
I spent a couple months working there and now the owner won’t pay me for my last two weeks of work, he owes me for about 85 hours of work.
For about one and a half months, I was getting paid regularly as a freelancer (1099 form), not an employee so I can’t collect unemployment or complain about my unpaid wages to the state labor board.
I am looking fore a job since leaving, but have not had luck. I’m getting evicted next week if I don’t pay my January rent, and feb. is right around the corner.
I’m feeling like I have no one to turn to, I am becoming really desperate.
They are a popular organic skincare and aromatherapy company that has been in business since 1998, and I have their company accounting file including the list of each and every one of their customers who has ever purchased from them — this is from the accounting program, so it’s only customers who made purchases. Their purchases can be viewed by date, by amount, and by order/ and item purchased, and this is a complete list of all customers including retail, wholesale and distributors.
I know this is not the nice thing to do. But is it illegal?
I have not signed anything on paper or agreed to anything verbally. There is no contract or agreement between me and this company.

I have had a shaymin for a while now and trained it to level 75. It doesn’t know any really strong moves yet and it doesn’t seem like it’s going to learn any anytime soon. Does anyone have any suggestions on what moves I could teach it? Right now it knows energy ball, magical leaf, aromatherapy, and synthesis. I am willing to use HMs, TMs, move tutor/relearner, or just wait for it to learn through leveling up (pretty much anything). Thanks so much!

I enjoy using essential oils “straight” for aromatherapy, but I want to be more adventurous and create more complex scents by combining a few together… do you now any “recipes”? or know of a web site or book with recipes?
