I make handmade dolls, aromatherapy pillows/sachets and other boutique items and want to make sure the names of the different lines I create are protected. How do I go about doing this and how do I get the funding for any legal or start-up fees?
Etsy.com was no help. I am looking for more information from the legal side i.e. trademarking (registered/unregistered), taxes, DBA, etc.
